As an Economist at StreetEasy, Kenny uses data to answer important questions about the NYC housing market to help New Yorkers find and win their dream homes, and help industry experts serve their clients more effectively. Before joining StreetEasy, Kenny worked as an economist in the financial services industry for six years, making forecasts for the U.S. economy and helping investors stay ahead of financial market trends. Kenny holds a Master’s Degree in Data Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from New York University. He is a proud resident of Queens.

Caroline Burton

Vice President and General Manager

Caroline oversees Zillow Group’s local brands StreetEasy and Out East. She is the primary spokesperson for StreetEasy and Out East business news and is well-versed in real estate industry topics and trends. Caroline is recognized as a leader in the industry, having been named as one of the most notable people in New York real estate by Crain’s New York and a woman of influence by the New York Business Journal. She also serves as a mentor for the NYC-based real estate tech accelerator, MetaProp. Caroline holds an Honors Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University in London, Ontario, Canada.

Casey Roberts

Senior Communications Manager 

With more than a decade of experience working in NYC tech, Casey has been at StreetEasy since 2017 and oversees their public relations and communications efforts. She is well-versed in tips for NYC home shoppers and lifestyle and home trends. Casey has been featured in national print and local broadcast stories, including Crain’s New York Business, The New York Times, PIX11 and others. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Tulane University. 

Stephanie Schonholz

Director of Industry Relations

Stephanie is a native New Yorker who brings more than a decade of real estate technology experience to the StreetEasy team. Stephanie focuses on building relationships with NYC’s brokerage community by providing consistent communication with senior leadership and ensuring feedback makes its way to StreetEasy’s product, business development, and leadership teams. She is an expert on the changing real estate landscape and StreetEasy’s partnerships with the industry. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan.

Carlo Romero

StreetEasy Concierge, Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager

As a StreetEasy Concierge, Carlo is an expert on NYC home trends as well as tips and insights for the city’s buyers and sellers. With more than a decade of experience working in real estate, finance, and technology, Carlo pairs StreetEasy’s expansive real estate data with the insights and personalized guidance New Yorkers need to make informed decisions on buying and selling in the city with confidence. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oklahoma.
